Hi! I am Joy Howell-Rickett, owner and Principal Broker of Howell-Rickett Real Estate Professionals, Inc. I was born and raised in Conway County and I have been serving as a REALTOR® here since 2002, earning my broker's license in 2007. I am very involved in my community and in the Realtors Association on the local and state level. To better assist buyers and sellers with their real estate needs, I have achieved numerous designations, such as Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Certified Residential Specialist , Graduate, REALTOR® Institute and many others.
On a personal note, I have been a resident of Conway County all of my life and currently live in the Hattieville area. I have 2 daughters, Kelsey and Allyson.

Tracie is licensed by the Arkansas Real Estate Commision. She is also a member of National Association of Realtors®, Arkansas Realtors® Association, and Conway & Perry Counties Realtor® Association.
Tracie is a lifelong resident of Conway County. Tracie resides in Center Ridge and is the daughter of Lonnie and Martha Flowers. She is married to Tracey Stobaugh. They have two daughters, Avery and Autumn.
Stoubaugh is well known in the community and is ready to provide excellent real estate servies to her customers and clients!
Aimee Sudmeyer McClaren
Aimee J. Sudmeyer-McClaren received her real estate license back in 1986. Throughout the years, she has had other jobs but always had real estate in the background. She just recently completed 30 hours of continuing education with the Arkansas Real Estate Commission and obtained active status for her license. Aimee has worked as office manager for the Conway County Conservation District for the past 30 years. Now that she is retiring, she wants to get back into selling real estate!
Aimee moved to Conway County in 1975 after she married Donny R. Sudmeyer, who was the district conservationist for the Natural Resources Conservation Service. In 1999, he was killed in a tragic farming accident. Aimee has been married to Charles McClaren for the past 11 years and they reside in Cleveland. Aimee has one daughter, Aimee Dawn, who resides in Morrilton and is married to Jason Roberts.
Aimee is also the pastor of Family Life Worship Center in Morrilton. She has taught the recovery program for drugs and alcohol abuse for over 13 years as well. Aimee has an associate’s degree in biblical studies, a bachelor’s degree in pastoral ministry and counseling, and a master’s degree in Christian counseling.
Aimee is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, Arkansas Realtor® Association, and Conway and Perry Counties Realtor® Association.
Andrea Cooksey is the newest realtor with Howell-Rickett Real Estate Professionals. Andrea was born and raised in Conway County and is a 2001 graduate of Morrilton High School. She currently resides in St.Vincent with her husband and three sons.
She spent the last six years as a registered dental assistant until deciding to pursue a career in real estate which she has always had a strong interest. She enjoys spending time family and friends, camping, kayaking and is looking forward to serving her clients!

Brandy was born and raised in Morrilton. She is married to Chris Chapman and they reside in Morrilton with their two daughters, Megan and Katie. She is a 1999 Morrilton High School graduate and received her Associates of Applied Science degree in Business from UACCM in 2012. Brandy enjoys spending time with her family and watching her daughters cheer on the Devil Dogs.
